A lifelong Scranton native, Izzy DeFlice is a Theatrical Production BFA graduate of Mason Gross School of The Arts with a speciality in Costumes Design, Illustration Costumes Crafts, props, and Puppetry . Izzy has studied with Shakespeare’s Globe in London and under Jenny Tirimani at The School of Historical Dress. Financially accessible theater is very important to them being raised by a single mother in a working class childhood where free community programs and performances were their introduction to theater. They believe experiencing theater should be a right, not a privilege to enjoy.  Their affinity for research informs and expands their work with a well rounded knowledge of Pop Culture and The Arts. They’re looking to work on Costume Crafts and Design for musicals, operas, puppet theater, ballet, and immersive productions.
